Report Representative ATTORNEYS who Violate the Constitution

United States Representatives who are attorneys are held to a different ethical standard.  They swear in oath to become an attorney, and are required to first and foremost, support to Constitution of the United States. Failure to adhere to their oath of admission can result in disciplinary actions, including disbarment.   THIS IS TAKEN VERY SERIOUS.

They are required by law to respond in writing to each complaint, which goes against their permanent record.  When filling out these forms, be aware that you will need to have your complaint signed in front of a notary, so be concise in your complaint.  Make sure to give examples for your complaint as to how they have committed an ethics violation.  

With enough complaints we can keep these unethical and Unconstitutional lawmakers busy, and affect their future careers.  If they don't want to uphold their oath, we the people will hold them accountable. 

1. Separate Complaints.  Want to really make an impact?  File a separate complaint for the 1st, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments.  File separate complaints for for Ethics violations.  Attorneys swear an Oath to the Constitution first and foremost.  Attempting to make laws that violate our rights are offenses that we should file complaints about.  
2. Trickle-down effect of accountability.  Holding a few individuals accountable for their actions creates a broader pressure for others to also act ethically and correctly, even if they weren't directly involved in the initial wrongdoing. The accountability of the few sets a precedent and changes the expectations and norms within a group or organization.  Essentially, these representatives will rethink loyalty to a man if their careers are on the line. 
3. Very important.  Each state has different requirements for filing official Ethics complaints.  And to actually make impact, it is important that the complaints be submitted as required.  Writing letters does no good if we aren't making the complaint official.
4. Be Concise. It is important that you be concise in your response.  Please be sure to reference how you feel the attorney you are reporting has violated their Attorney Oath, or the Constitution, or both.  For example, Pamela Jo Bondi has violated the 1st, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments.  The Constitution is clear.  If you need help with language there are some templates you are welcome to use at your discretion. 
5. Why? Official Complaints go against their Bar Number.  They have to answer to every Official Complaint. It goes against their permanent record.  Enough complaints can get them disbarred. 
6. Notary.  Each Official Ethics Complaint will require you visit a notary for a certified signature.  Finding a notary might seem tricky, but there are quite a few ways to get access to a notary for this, or any other purpose.  UPS Store usually has a notary on staff at most locations.  Notary Rotary is also a great resource as you can find notary's that will travel.
